HOW DO YOU USE THE CCS IN YOUR WORK?
There are a number of ways it can be used however it is a great ice breaker in getting people to know one another especially in Asia where people are sometimes slow to open up.

Using the CCS cards takes their mind off the fact they have to talk about themselves. Instead they focus on which cards represent the topic I have presented eg 'my family', 'what a great weekend is like for me' or 'a dream I have'.

I’ve used it to help develop a clear vision within a company on several occasions and the sense of ownership is so powerful. Much more so than a straight word based facilitation.

I find it just helps people to more easily find the words to say what they want to say.
