WHY DO YOU USE THE CCS?
Well, I would have to say straight out that I wouldn't walk out the door to a client without the cards!
The CCS is a fantastic communication tool for important T&D areas such as: building a group dynamic
- debriefing topics
- building safe learning environments
- increasing the depth of reflection, and
- drilling down to an issue.
In fact, I can genuinely say that without the cards we couldn't do what we do. Often I need to facilitate groups - not train them. And I think that without the cards I would be a trainer, not a facilitator.
