Haven't registered your master kit?
No problem. If you have a Master Kit but have not yet registered your MK number with us and you need to order now, contact us on +64 9 4887447 and we can sort it out quickly. Or, register online now. (Note: online registration approval make take up to 24 hours).

What happens once I order? Once you place an order, it is checked by our staff before being processed. Be assured, we will contact you if we believe there is a better or more economical way for you to have purchased the system.

We do not actually bill your credit card until the order has been checked and prepared for shipping. If you elect to pay by credit card your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Other forms of payment (cheque or EFT) are accepted however payment will be required before the items are shipped. A tax invoice is included with all orders.

Shipping: We prefer to deliver your products by courier to street addresses. However, if you prefer post (eg to a PO Box) just let us know in the comment space on the order form. Standard delivery within New Zealand is $16.00 ex gst. Allow 1-2 working days.

If you require your products faster than this, please call us (or add your request in the space on the order form) as we can often arrange for overnight services (additional charges apply).
