What happens once I order?
Once you place an order, it is checked by our staff before being processed. Be assured, we will contact you if we believe there is a better or more economical way for you to have purchased the system.
We do not actually bill your credit card until the order has been checked and prepared for shipping. If you elect to pay by credit card your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Other forms of payment (cheque or EFT) are accepted however payment will be required before the items are shipped. A tax invoice is included with all orders.

We prefer to deliver your products by courier to street addresses. However, if you require prefer post (eg to a PO Box) just let us know in the comment space on the order form.
We regularly ship CCS products worldwide from our Australian office. Deliveries are normally made by express courier to street addresses. However for small orders we will usually recommend other options such as airmail. Normal courier delivery is 3-5 work days for most countries. Rest assured we will contact you by email with the final delivered cost for your products and ask for confirmation before processing your order.
