CCS hot topics

The key to getting excellent results when using the CCS is to use an excellent CCS topic. In this section, users share their CCS topics and their comments about how the topic performed.

Elements of an excellent CCS topic

For best results make sure a CCS topic:

  • is clear and simple
  • is an open and general question (see people do not argue with their own data)
  • has no right and no wrong answer – it is subjective
  • addresses the individual eg “... that you believe” or “that for you ...”
  • is worded to reveal feelings, emotions and elements of experience
  • has been prepared and written out in full (and perhaps even tested on a friend or colleague)
  • is delivered with confidence.
