 CCS SPECIAL PURPOSE PACKAGES
As the name implies, CCS Special Purpose Packages are designed to suit specific communication situations, such as coaching or focus groups. CCS Special Purpose packages include a mini manual outlining how to use the CCS for the specific purpose (eg one-on-one communication) and some general presentation tips.

You can purchase additional CCS vision packs and CCS vision stickers at the time of your purchase. However, unlike CCS Master Packs, you do not get the advantage of being able to purchase additional and/or other individual CCS products in the future. If you believe that you may need to purchase additional CCS products in the future, you should strongly consider purchasing one of our CCS Master Packs.

 CCS FOCUS GROUP PACKAGEBUY NOW

Focus group

Available in Australia only.

Conducting focus groups is an excellent way to gather people’s qualitative responses (feelings, attitudes, reasons, meanings) to products, processes, names, ideas and concepts.

To improve the chances that your sessions are productive and successful, it is important to ensure that certain elements or behaviours are present in each focus group meeting, including:
  • a fun, non-threatening tone that is setup at the beginning of the session
  • trust between participants and you, the moderator
  • full participation from your participants
  • good listening and use of open and probing questions
  • diversity of opinion and an atmosphere that encourages and validates all responses without judgement
  • cross discussion between participants that is stimulating and interesting and that improves the chances of spontaneous ideas
  • ease of delivery for the moderator
  • a manageable group dynamic with manageable participant responses.

Importantly, such elements are a natural, and easily reproducible effect of using the CCS in face-to-face meetings. Even if you are unaccustomed to facilitating group sessions, by incorporating the suggested approaches in the included manual into your focus group plan, you can exploit the CCS’s communication capacity to:
  1. start your focus group by creating a trusting, friendly, non-threatening atmosphere while naturally introducing the participants to each other
  2. introduce the key topic for discussion and set participants on the track you wish to pursue and encourage interaction and participation
  3. close the session in a fun and friendly manner that captures a summary of each participants thoughts from the session.
The package includes:
  • 8 CCS vision packs
  • a 14 page A4 colour booklet to help you plan and deliver your CCS enhanced focus group sessions (including expert tips on the general use of the CCS for enhancing communication)
  • a neat carry satchel

Note: the CCS for focus groups manual is available for a free download with all CCS Master Packs. So if you purchase a master pack you can get all that is included in this package.
