CCS VisionManager walks you through a step by step process that literally allows you to have your vision document coming out of the printer in 3-4 minutes.
After using VisionManager, you will never think of the Compatibility Communication System in the same way again.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Scroll and select your images and add any associated comments.
Step 2: Enter your vision title, a by-line, a company name, date and insert a logo (yours or your client’s).
Step 3: Select from an array of professionally designed layout templates. VisionManager automatically displays the range of templates available for the number of images you have chosen. Additional templates will be available for free download from the CCS website and are easily imported into your program.
Step 4: Preview your document and if you like, swap the images around (VisionManager will automatically swap the associated comments). You can also edit your text entries on screen.
Bring up the print preview and send your vision document straight to your laser or inkjet printer. You can also output the document as a PDF file for printing by your local bureau or for display on machines without VisionManager installed.

VisionManager documents (VMD files) are very compact, around 50K, so they are easily stored on your disks and are quick to email from one machine to another (say from your laptop onsite at the training back to the office for printing).
