Xplore for Success

Diana Ryall was Managing Director at Apple Computer Australia from 1997 to December 2001. While she was MD at Apple Computer, the company was recognised by Hewitt Associates as 'Employer of the Year'.

Diana is passionate about working with others to help them achieve their potential. As program director, she facilitates each session to assist in promoting active and constructive dialogue between the attendees.

Why do you use the CCS in the Xplore program?

To ensure we challenge people and make certain we achieve active dialogue in the group environment, we use a number of techniques and tools.

Two of the tools we use extensively in the program are the CCS vision packs and CCS vision stickers. They form the basis of "ice breaking", "visioning" and "personal reflection" in the sessions.

There is no doubt that the Facilitators Manual and website of ideas on how to use the cards is a valuable resource. We also use several of the sticker templates including the "cross of life" as a reflection tool for the attendees.
