THE Compatibility Communication System (CCS) is a kit of products centred around packs or fans of cards containing specially chosen photos, illustrations and words. There are no set meanings for the imagery on CCS cards - any card can mean anything to anyone.
In team building and training programs, coaching and one-on-one sessions and self-management activities, participants are given a set of CCS cards and asked to find cards that they feel best represent a given topic. Then, they simply talk about or write about why they chose the cards they chose.
The result is deeper, clearer, more effective communication.
